A review of 323 fatal poisonings with dextropropoxyphene is presented. The falling tendency of the poisoning in question & the National Board of Health’s attention towards it are discussed. The purpose is to evaluate the present extent & the character of fatal poisoning with dextropropoxyphene, & to draw attention to the efforts to reduce the number of cases. (11 refs)
