Analysis of Occurrence of Suicide in the Aspect of Polish Youths’ Inadaptability Analisis de la incidencia del suicidio a causa de la inadaptabilidad de los jovenes polacos

This article examines the occurrence of attempted suicide among Polish youth & the factors that may cause these attempts. In 1997, there were 759 completed suicides among youths aged 22 years or less. Suicide attempts occured most often in the autumn & winter months. Family problems & psychiatric disorders were found to be the most common causes for suicide attempts.
