Rethinking Life and Death: a new Ethical Approach (IN: Last Rights? Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia Debated, edited by M M Uhlmann)

The author argues that modern medical practice has become incompatible with the belief in the equal value of all human life. A new ethical outlook on life is proposed & presented through five new commandments invented by the author. Implications of these arguments are explored through a series of case studies.
