This pamphlet provides brief user statistics for the Kids Help Phone, a national, bilingual, toll-free telephone counselling & referral service for young Canadians. In 2000, more than 363,000 calls came from almost 3,000 rural & urban communities across Canada. 4% of calls for which in-depth counselling was required were about suicide.
