This book is written for survivors as well as lay persons & professionals who work with the bereaved. It has 3 sections, the first of which discusses the grief experience. The second section examines specific types of losses including: spousal loss, parental loss, the loss of a child, loss during childhood, accidental death, suicide, & homicide. The last section has two chapters on getting help & helping those who grieve.
