This chapter explores grief among gays & lesbians. It starts by answering 2 questions: what is sexual orientation & what is grief? Grief in the gay community is then discussed followed by a description of grief & coping after a life partner’s death. Reactions to grief & suggestions for caregivers are briefly noted.
