This article describes a club for war veterans founded in 1992 in Valpovo, Croatia. The club is staffed by psychotherapists, a priest, a social worker, teachers, nurses, & a lawyer. 118 members of the club were surveyed about a variety of mental health issues including thoughts of suicide. Answers which received the highest value responses included the questions on depression & suicide. Since the club has opened, there have been no reports of attempted suicide among its members.
