Chinese Crisis Line: Chimo Crisis Services in Richmond

The number of Chinese immigrants to British Columbia has increased rapidly. After a number of months of preparation, the crisis line was able to offer service in both Cantonese & Mandarin. This article reviews the rationale for the new services & the development process behind them.
