Psychodynamics Reflected Through Involvement in Therapeutic Recreation Activities: a Case Study

This case history of a 47-year-old male demonstrates how the underlying conflicts of a client may present themselves in the client’s behaviour during involvement in therapeutic recreation activities. It also demonstrates how therapeutic recreation activities can be used to increase the client’s awareness of & insight into this behaviour.
