In this presentation, the speaker asserted there is an inbuilt process of dealing with life’s traumatic experiences which follows the same process of the physical, cognitive/emotional, & spirital dimensions of life or death. Feelings of worthlessness & lack of self-esteem arise from the third dimension. These feelings are an outward expression of the individual’s inner turmoil. The impossibility of forgetting some experiences, much less forgiving, has the potential to produce hatred. It was argued the devasting effects of hate in one’s life & the cultivation of its power within can lead to self-destruction.
