CES-D Patterns and Their Influence on the Position on the Suicide Continuum in Adolescence

This presentation discussed a longitudinal study which analysed the influence of specific depression patterns in adolescents on their position on the suicide continuum as reported by the adolescents at 3 separate times over a 2-year period. Out of a group of 1,340 adolescents, eight subgroups with different depression patterns were formed & analysed. A comparative overview of prevention strategies used in The Netherlands & Australia concluded the presentation.
