This presentation discussed the research which provided the basis for the LINX Program which aims to prevent self-harming behaviours in young people by enhancing their resilience. The impact of the program on participants was explored as were the resulting outcomes for the school community. The LINX curriculum which focused on 3 key areas – school performance, drug/alcohol use, & management of emotions – can be adapted for use with a wide range of student groups.
