This manual describes suicide rates in youth ages 10-19, the FFL philosophy, development information for new chapters, Helper programs, and a training package for peer-vention (peer suicide intervention). Additionally the manual provides resources for existing chapters, community development and education material, practical guides and reprintable materials for presentations and community workshops.
