This book consists of 6 papers that discuss the wellbeing of healthcare workers in Sweden. The thesis aimed to identify predictors of healthy work as well as individual & organizational coping resources modifying the interaction between work environment & well-being of staff. Topics of the papers include the importance of job satisfaction, the need to improve work climate & organization, and preferences for psychosocial workplace improvements.
