This session highlighted the profile of homeless youth & the attitudes of workers, governments, private agencies & the general community towards homelessness. Peers of homeless youth will probably know of their suicidality but may not know how to respond. Those who can help homeless youth were identified & ways in which this help can be implemented were discussed. This session used an interactive/lecture structure, a video resource, & the examination of case studies in small groups.
