Best Practices in Mental Health Reform: Situational Analysis. Prepared for the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Advisory network on Mental Health

This report is an analysis of mental health reform policies, practices, & initiatives in Canada that approximated ‘best practice’. 13 examples of best practices in mental health reform selected from programs nominated by the provinces are described & discussed. A final chapter summarizes what has been accomplished & the factors that have facilitated innovation & implementation.
