This article by Reverend Jamieson attempts to answer the question, “Why is suicide, and especially physician-assisted suicide, morally wrong?” Jamieson differentiates between withholding medical care which would only delay inevitable death, and willfully killing someone before nature would have done so. He uses theological arguments and the Bible to suggest that suicide is morally wrong, and comments on evolutionary theory’s influence on those who support suicide.
