A program to provide organizations working with youth with a set of suicide prevention strategies was described in this poster. The program is divided into 4 modules: procedures, awareness training, workshop & personal management program. The program was launched in Queensland in May 1996. The program allows caregivers trained in other areas, e.g. teachers, with materials for providing training in suicide prevention, intervention & postvention. Responses to the program are discussed.
