A series of systematic studies were carried out to explore various temporal variations in the relationship between meteorological factors & suicidal behaviour in Funen, Denmark. Data was collected on suicide victims age 15+ from 1970-1993 along with daily information on precipitation, temperature, wind velocity, etc. This poster session presented findings which confirmed the results of previous studies, especially concerning a spring peak & significantly fewer suicides on weekends.
