This workshop used case examples to explore a number of creative partnerships which have led to sustainable programs in Victoria & South Australia. Several health promotion projects in a consumer partnership program (CHAMPS) were described. The process & outcomes of establishing multi-agency youth suicide prevention teams in 2 localities in Victoria were discussed. The cashier’s story involved a successful partnership in postvention counselling being facilitated by a funding agency.
