A unique study where adolescents were randomly assigned to different forms of suicide prevention management in an attempt to work out best practice models was presented by Clark. Kosky & O’Carroll then commented on this study. The developmental processes of adolescence & how these might impact on public health programs for suicide prevention were explored. Audience members were invited to contribute to the discussion from their own experiences.
