In this presentation, the author discussed some of the special reasons that lead to crisis situations for mental patients & how these affect the recovery process. 70 subjects, 36 males & 34 females, were studied. Most of the subjects had affective disorders & schizophrenia. After crisis intervention, the situation of the patients improved.
