Critical Success Factors were examined as a way of ensuring a vaiable link between a crisis centre’s vision & client needs in a changing environment. These factors were applied to a crisis intervention organization serving 30 crisis centres in Ontario & involved an examination of the macro- & microenvironments, the resource people, & the internal functioning of the organization. Critical Success Factors were determined to be readily adaptable to organizational planning.
