This short article discusses assisted suicide & two doctors who help patients to die, Dr. Philip Nitschke in Australia & Dr. Jack Kevorkian in the USA. Supporters of assisted suicide believe it is a practice that is winning wider acceptance & some like Derek Humphry believe it is inevitable that it will become legal. However, there is still great controversy about assisted suicide & some criticisms of the way it is done in Holland are outlined.
