The book, in 3 sections, offers health care providers a practical approach to dealing with suicidal patients. Part 1 deals with an understanding of suicidality. Part 2 presents the core of the clinical treatment model for outpatients. The last section is devoted to special clinical problems, such as the chronically suicidal patient & techniques & assessments to add to their general approach.
