This article examines art therapy as a treatment for outpatients with multiple personality disorder. 46 North American art therapists in private practice completed questions related to their specialization. Treatment issues that respondents indicated were of interest to them included the clientÕs pacing, containment of emotions & management of suicidal thoughts through the use of art therapy.
