A percentage of completed suicides are seen as having left no clues. Even those in therapy may not communicate a sign. This article discusses the literary case of Richard Cory & the case of a young adult male who committed suicide while in therapy. The psychological autopsy reveals that the man’s pain & inability to adjust. Guiding remarks for such cases are offered.
