The objective of this study was to examine current attitudes & knowledge of the of the community & medical practitioners in Queensland towards end-of-life decisions. A survey was conducted to gain responses to 5 questions about end-of-life decisions & to legislative changes relating to such decisions. The attitudes were then compared. Community members supported greater choice & control over decisions, while doctors were less supportive of some of the options canvassed.
