These proceedings examine the influence that significant others can have a suicidal person. The proceedings discuss a general examination of 27 case studies of suicide as to illustrate the influence of significant others. The case studies are categorized by patterns of behaviour that were exerted by the significant other. The proceedings examine specific case studies in which the pattern of behaviour of a significant other determined the outcome of the suicidal person. (AK)
