The validity & reliability of the Crisis Call Outcome Rating Scale was tested in 3 studies at the Boys Town National Hotline. Study 1 showed that CCORS items have content validity & can be generalized. Study 2 examined inter-rater reliability & factor structure of the CCORS & showed it to be internally consistent & to have a multidimensional nature & determined that the 26 CCORS items could be divided into 3 subscales. Study 3 found 2 of the 3 subscales of the CCORS to be valid. (1 ref)
