Sullivan tells the story of Steve Karagianis, a young man of above average intelligence who suffered from learning disabilities and hearing impairment. Despite the help of loving parents & concerned teachers, counsellors, psychiatrists & probation officers, his commission of a minor crime led him to a prison term & ultimately to suicide in a Yonkers jail.
