The authors describe the development, implementation & evaluation of a team approach to teaching crisis intervention & brief treatment practice models to a group of beginning & advanced level practitioners enrolled in an 8-week graduate social work course. Evaluations were mostly favourable & participants in the team-taught section received significantly higher grades than in the individually taught section of the same course. Recommendations are made for educators, trainers & administrators.
