This book was written to encourage young people to talk about their suicidal feelings with a professional or trusted adult. Part I contains accounts from family members, friends, & schoolmates bereaved by suicide. Either the interviewee or the person who died by suicide was a teenager when death occurred. Situations varied from prior knowledge of suicidal inclination to unawareness that the person was even depressed. Part II depicts one person’s suicide attempt & another’s consideration of suicide.
