This chapter discusses the needs of grieving children/adolescents & school-based support programs. Reported benefits suggest such groups be considered in developing a crisis response plan. The Living & Learning Through Loss Program (British Columbia) is presented as a detailed model used by a school system to aid bereaved adolescents.
