The case history of a 21-year-old male is presented as one example of how a clinical social worker might become a part of a holistic treatment approach in the clinical setting. This case is also presented to provide insight into therapeutic work with histrionic personality disorder & to emphasize the dynamic, ongoing responsibility of the social worker to guide & support the client towards well-being.
