3 Centres participated in this study. Call reports, received during a 6-week period & in which a significant element of anger was expressed, were coded by Centre, gender of the caller, intensity of expressed anger (slight moderate, or extreme), & direction of expressed anger (the Centre, Everything/The System, Particular person(s), Self, or Alcohol/drug-related). Significant differences were found among the Centres. The conclusions raised further questions to be answered.
