Successful Resuscitation From Suicidal Hanging: Report of Three Cases

Three cases (2 males, 1 female) of successful resuscitation after attempted suicide by hanging are described. Although all came in with profound unconsciousness, they made a full recovery with no residual dysfunction. All patients were referred for psychiatric consultation before discharge from hospital.
