This booklet is presented by the Council on Suicide Prevention, and is designed to help with suicide assessment. The objectives are: to educate regarding warning signs; to provide practical and educational support to professional and lay careegivers; to secure the support of the public, and urge governments to assist in furthering the objectives of those actively involved in the prevention of sucide; and, to promote research on issues of suicide.
