The activities of the Suicide Prevention Teen Team in St. Albert, Alberta are discussed. The Team’s goals are to increase awareness of suicide prevention strategies & to empower their peers to talk about issues which concern them. The group is community based & members have training not only in peer support but also suicide prevention.
