Critical Incident Stress: Responding to Jail Staff as Victim

The issue of stress factors are reviewed, as they pertain to jail administrators and personnel. This is especially noticeable with regards to the requirements placed on these individuals to manage critical incidents which may produce a set of psychological and physiological reactions.
