This presentation explores issues involved in surviving the suicide of a co-worker & describes a means of helping the company & its employees deal with the traumatic loss. It describes some of the concerns of those who experience the suicide of someone close to them, identifies factors that determine the breadth & depth of the impact on the workplace environment, & discusses workplace intervention. It notes that co-workers may feel almost as deeply affected as family members.
