Just Another Suicide?

The author reflects on the inadequate care that a suicidal patient received & the lack of support for himself & a student nurse after the patient committed suicide. Even though the author was discouraged by this incident, he also remembers the successes he has experienced & witnessed. He draws on these to ensure that the situation he describes in this article does not repeat itself.
