Book Review-A Special Scar: the Experiences of People Bereaved by Suicide by A Wertheimer

This book is organized into 2 parts. The first gives general background information about survivorship while the second sections breaks down the experiences of survivors into more detail. Although the reviewer found the book to be difficult to read at times because it includes so much information, overall, she felt that the book, “is very useful both from a survivors point of view, & also for professionals & other helpers who may want to provide better support to survivors.”
