In this article, Dr. Clark discusses the relationship between gun availability & the risk for suicide. He sets out the position of the AAS on gun control (in favour) & then reviews various articles which examine gun accessibility, gun control & suicide. Dr. Clark urges all AAS members to become conversant with the research on this issue so that collectively they can become a stronger & more effective voice in support of national gun control.
