A Response to Leo Uzych’s Article on “Euthanasia, Assisted Suicide and Medical Ethics”

The author is critical of Uzych’s article on the ethics of assisted suicide & medical ethics (see SIEC #911091). Potthoff feels that Uzych has failed to carefully define some of the terms & concepts he uses. Without knowing precisely how Uzych is using these terms, i.e. how does Uzych define life, it is difficult to respond to his arguments. Furthermore, Potthoff feels that Uzych has failed to provide evidence to support the fears he voices.
