This study examined whether simulated & genuine suicide notes could be differentiated using Jacobs’ classification of suicide notes. The authors found that simulated notes tend to try & justify the suicide & seek forgiveness, while genuine suicide notes often show anger at significant others & leave last instructions. (VM)
