This brief article discusses a study of 245 inviduals who attempted suicide in Caracas, Venezuela. 2 groups were identified: those making dangerous attempts, & those making non-dangerous attempts. The author found, among other things, that males carry out more dangerous suicide attempts than females, & psychotics & epileptics tend to carry out more serious attempts than neurotics. (VM)
