This study surveys adolescents, parents, & school personnel to assess knowledge, skill & program needs in the schools & the community. All 3 groups agreed the problem of adolescent suicide was serious, & needs greater attention. Surprisingly, adolescents were able to identify clues better than parents & school personnel. The authors conclude, due to the diversity in knowledge & skill levels, that prevention programs need to include all 3 groups. (VM)
