Suicide and Partnership: The Conflict Behaviour (IN: Psychiatry: The State of the Art, Volume 1 Clincial Psychopathology Nomenclature and Classification, P Pichot et al)

This article discusses the connection between suicidal behavior & relationship problems. The authors examined this connection by studying a group of suicide attempters & their partners. They questioned the partners on their feelings toward each other, & the tensions in the partnership preceding & immediately after the suicide attempt, as well as on the short term changes in the partnership which were brought about by the suicide attempt.
