Benjaminsen S~~Krarup G~~Lauritsen R
In this study, 30 psychiatric patients who had attempted suicide were compared with nonsuicidal psychiatric patients & normal subjects for personality patterns, parental rearing practices & personal loss before age 15. Few differences were found between suicide attempter patients & nonsuicidal patients, except, except attempters experienced parental divorce more often. Large differences were found between the 2 groups of patients & the normal control groups. (VM)
